San Francisco CcNSO dinner attendance

Dear all, As you may have noted yesterday, Tuesday, 8 March, registration for the ccNSO dinner ( Tuesday 15 March 2011) has closed. Unfortunately not all requests good be honoured due to the interest from everybody and the limited space available ( only 130 seats). Those of you who could not get a ticket are put on a waiting list. As Gabi indicated in her email seats at the dinner were granted on a first-come-first-served basis. Experience has shown that not all who you who have received a ticket turn-up at the ccNSO dinner and “forget” to inform Gabi, Kristina or me. As a result other ccTLD representatives/colleagues who were on the waiting list could not attend the dinner although there would have been seats available. At the same time - as all seats were not taken - the sponsors had to cover the full bill for all seats. For the event in San Francisco it means that the sponsors need to cover over USD 250,- per person not showing up! We therefore urge those of you who have a ticket and cannot make it to the dinner to inform Gabi as soon as you know, so someone else can attend! Kind regards, Bart
