Dear all, ICANN intends to develop a tool to allow the Generation Panels and the community to develop and use Label Generation Ruleset (LGR) in the new machine-readable XML-based format. ICANN is releasing the set of requirements for the development of this LGR tool for public comment, specifically to get feedback on (i) the completeness of current requirements, (ii) the prioritization done in the different phases for development of the tool, and (iii) any other aspects associated with the LGR tool requirements. This might be of interest for those running an IDN ccTLD, as the label generation tool may have some impact. Call for volunteers Internet Governance Coordination Committee

Dear all, The ccNSO is now looking for volunteers for a ccNSO Internet Governance Coordination Committee (IGCC). The Committee¹s main task is to coordinate ccNSO- and other ccTLD efforts to participate in and provide input to relevant Internet Governance processes. The committee is also to coordinate and engage the broader ccTLD community in Internet Governance matters. The members are expected to share information and provide regular updates to the other Committee members on Internet Governance-related initiatives in which they participate. The group is also foreseen to keep and maintain a public schedule for relevant events happening around Internet Governance and to engage the further community in these events. For more information, see the IGCC charter at: http://ccnso.icann.org/workinggroups/ig-charter-20nov14-en.pdf Please, note that this Committee is not dealing with the IANA Oversight Transition process, nor the ICANN Accountability process.
