Dear fellow councilors, The ccNSO's membership seems to be one of most sought after these days... We have received an application for membership of the ccNSO by .sx, the ccTLD of the newly autonomous Sint Maarten. The application has been filed by Jean-Christophe Vignes, representing the cc's manager SX Registry SA b.v. Please see IANA's " all clear" below. Two requests for suggestions/comments

Hi, The two requests I mentioned on our recent Council call are: 1. A request for suggestions on any topics of cross-community common interest for the Prague meeting agenda, so that specific sessions can be scheduled outside of the SO/AC meetings. These should be on common topics that will be of wide interest and which can have open participation from across the ICANN community. If you have any topic suggestions, please could you let me know as soon as possible. 2. A request for comments on the suggestion that the presentation of the SO/AC reports and Board meeting that take place on the Friday of each meeting week be changed, in order to allow for more emphasis on enhanced interaction throughout the week. If you have any comments on this suggestion, they would be appreciated. Adobe Connect: Your input needed

Dear Councillors, As you may know several of the ccNSO working groups are now using the virtual meeting tool Adobe Connect as an additional communication tool for their conference calls and I would like to note that this is an option for the Council as well. Adobe Connect is good for several reasons: - Communicating through the chat - Displaying documents - Connecting to the call using only the computer - Voting on simple issues/documents The most important thing is that nobody should feel excluded and we are aware that many of you on occasions need to take the Council calls on the road with no internet access. It would be of much help o us if you could all indicate whether or not you think Adobe Connect would be a good tool for the Council calls, either on the list or directly to me. Based on how people respond we will decide on whether or not it is worth a try.
