Estimado Javier, Espero que tu y tu familia se encuentren bien en Coquimbo. Espero que no hayan sufrido daños materiales tampoco. Para el resto de los miembros de LACRALO, Javier vive en Coquimbo (la misma ciudad donde vivo yo en Chile) donde el terremoto fue de grado 7,9 en la escala de Richter. La ciudad se encuentra con graves daños producto del terremoto y posterior tsunami. Un abrazo

Estimados todos. Cuando las diferencias se presentan tan manifiestas, la solución solo pueden someterse al un tercero que resuelve el diferendo. Además siendo tan grave el asunto de la denuncia desde lo institucional, seria sano y bueno someter esto a arbitraje para tener una respuesta que pueda servir en el tiempo. Los alegatos por X correo solo sirven para llenar casillas y agotar a todos sin resolver nada. Si esto termina en nada las preguntas y dudas quedarán en el aire. Por ello, insisto, seria bueno concluir esto de manera definitiva y no por el simple paso del tiempo. La región y la institucionalidad lo requieren y lo exigen. Me parece que el problema que usted ve es un problema semántico. Se que usted tiene buena memoria. Cuando en el año 2009 ocurrieron problemas electorales en LACRALO un grupo de ALS nos manifestamos con una "ABSTENCIÒN" esa abstención fue no concurrir a votar (en ese caso era la elección del primer mandato de Dev) , por que se caía de maduro que el hecho de votar generaba quorum y era como votar en blanco. Queriamos manifestar ese descontento. En esta ocasión paso lo mismo un grupo de ALS no votaron y manifestaron su abstención con una Acción Negativa (No concurrir a votar), otros manifestaron su acompañamiento a alguna de los dos candidatos (Acción Positiva), y otros manifestaron su no preferencia a manifestarse a favor de algún candidato (Acción Positiva), comove son distintas formas de manifestación, una es una "NO ACCIÓN" y otros una "ACCIÓN POSITIVA". Creo que debe de revisar su posición, usted esta intentando una vez más llevarnos a lugares oscuros de debate que no tienen nada que ver con lo que venimos a hacer acá.
