Estimados Miembros de LACRALO, De la revisión de comentarios realizados a través de la wiki (https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/ALS+application%3A+ISOC+El+Salv…) así como de los comentarios realizados por correo, se puede apreciar que 5 personas, en representación de 5 ALS han emitido opinión favorable para que ISOC El Salvador pueda ser aceptada como nueva ALS. De otro lado, se ha revisado un comentario realizado que refiere que la citada organización, no cuenta con página web, el cual es un requerimiento. De la revisión de los criterios mínimos para ser ser una estructura de alance (https://atlarge.icann.org/archive/correspondence-structures-app-ES) se advierte lo siguiente: "Criterios mínimos para una Estructura de Alcance:Comprometerse a respaldar la participación informada en la ICANN de los usuarios individuales. Esto se llevará a cabo por medio de la distribución de información a los miembros individuales/constituyentes sobre las actividades y hechos relevantes de la ICANN, ofreciendo mecanismos vía Internet para que los miembros individuales/constituyentes puedan intercambiar ideas sobre una o más de estas actividades o hechos, y participen en el desarrollo, la discusión y las decisiones de políticas relevantes a la ICANN.Organizarse de tal modo que la participación de usuarios individuales, quienes son ciudadanos o residentes de países de la región geográfica en la cual tenga su sede esa ALS, será predominante en las operaciones de la ALS. La ALS puede permitir la participación adicional de otros que compartan los intereses de los usuarios individuales de esa región.Ser autosuficiente (no depender de la ICANN para financiamiento).Anunciar en Internet (en el sitio Web del Comité Asesor de Alcance - ALAC o en algún otro sitio) información actual y accesible al público acerca de las metas, la estructura, la descripción de los grupos constituyentes/miembros, mecanismos de trabajo, liderazgo y contactos de la ALS.Ayudar a la RALO en la ejecución de sus funciones" (el saltado y subrayado son nuestros). De la revisión de los mencionados criterios se advierte que el anuncio debe ser en "Internet", no indicándose un sitio web en específico (tales como: página web, wiki, entre otros), por lo que de la revisión de la documentación presentada se advierte que la solicitante cumpliría con los criterios antes citados. Una vez que haya culminado el proceso de nominaciones, se preguntará aquellos candidatos que no hayan aceptado formalmente alguna nominación o que no se hayan auto nominado, si aceptan la nominación. b. Si el número de candidatos propuestos es igual o inferior al requerido para cada comité (menor a dos titulares y un suplente), se designarán los miembros del comité por medio de un consenso alcanzado con los mismos candidatos y se buscarán el o los candidatos que faltaren por los líderes de LACRALO antes de la fecha del 30 de agosto del 2016. c. Si el número de candidatos propuestos es mayor al solicitado, el liderazgo de LACRALO informará los criterios de selección a la comunidad, los que se basarán en aquellos solicitados por ALAC.
